Inquiries and the contact form
We process your name, e-mail address, message and any additional details you choose to provide to respond, prepare an offer and arrange a project. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for other questions it is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing these details is not a legal obligation, but we need contact details to reply. We do not use this form for promotional mailing.
Inquiries that do not result in a project are deleted within 6 months of the last communication. Contract records are retained for performance of the contract, legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Accounting and tax records are retained for the statutory periods applicable to each document. Records needed for a dispute may be retained until it is resolved.
Recipients and security
WEDOS provides hosting and e-mail infrastructure. Access is limited to people handling correspondence and operating the website. Form messages are sent over encrypted SMTP. Abuse protection uses a short-lived one-way IP address fingerprint used for an hourly limit; expired limit files are cleared on the next form submission. Hosting security logs are subject to the provider’s rules and are not used by us for advertising or profiling.
Cookies and similar storage
Fonts, images and video are hosted locally. The localStorage key expobau-consent-v3 stores your analytics and external-media choices, notice version and timestamp for 180 days. This necessary storage remembers and respects your preference. We ask again after it expires. The website remains usable if storage is unavailable.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above. You may complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.

The legal basis is your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and the rules on access to your device. Before consent, we do not load the measurement script or send analytics requests to Google. Advertising features and Google Signals are disabled.
After consent, processing includes a visitor identifier stored in cookies, device and browser information and pages viewed. We do not send contact-form details or message contents to Analytics. Cookies _ga and _ga_* last up to 180 days without automatic renewal. Individual event data is retained for 2 months; aggregate statistics that do not identify individuals may remain available longer.
Google may process data outside the EEA. Recipients, international transfers and applicable safeguards are described in Google’s privacy policy and data processing terms. Depending on the recipient and the validity of the relevant framework, transfers rely on an applicable adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” and “Reject optional”. Further measurement stops, analytics cookies on this website’s domain are removed and the page reloads. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or automatically delete data already received by Google; contact us to exercise your right to erasure.
Optional Google Maps
Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited at the address above, loads only after separate external-media consent. It receives your IP address and browser information and may use cookies, including NID (up to 6 months) and consent/security cookies depending on your Google settings. Data may be processed outside the EEA under the safeguards described in Google’s privacy and cookie policies. The legal basis for optional loading and associated processing is consent. Rejecting media keeps a local placeholder visible. Withdraw consent through Cookie settings; further map loading stops. We cannot delete cookies on Google’s domain or data Google already received.
